We have a fully documented safety system that has been independently audited and is certified to both ISO 45001 and AS/NZS 4801 standards. Safety is our highest priority – our safety systems are designed to run in conjunction with each site’s specific safety systems. This may include processes such as the application process itself, screening, reference checks and pre-start medicals, per our clients’ requirements.
Our candidates attend rigorous safety inductions prior to placement, as well as sign SWMS’s (Safe Work Method Statements) relevant to the tasks they will be performing. Our on-site facilities and management team are always present to ensure these strict safety measures are being adhered to every step of the way.
