Concrete Remediation Labourers, QLD

We have an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our leading civil contractor clients and their upcoming projects, building on your current skills and making great connections! They are currently seeking experienced Concrete Remediation Labourers!

• $36.05 p/h casual (inclusive of casual loading) + penalties
• Meal and travel allowances
• Start times vary, dependant on the tides - 4:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Work is located at the Port of Brisbane.
• Weekly pay!
• FIT test and full-face mask
• Waders & gumboots - for work in the water
• Immediate commencement

What we need from you?

• Experience working in Concrete Remediation and Repair essential.
• Demolition/ labouring experience - jack Hammers and cutting concrete with 7-inch Grinders.
• Installing cathodic protection systems
• Cutting steel members for access platforms
• Carbon fibre application (mixing of epoxy)
• Loading/shifting materials around the yard and work site.
• Clean cut shaven - require a FIT test for a full-face mask.
• LF Forklift Ticket - highly regarded.
• Construction White Card

The important details:

• Warf remediation repairs
• Working form a boat, beneath the wharf.
• Installing air/water lines and steel brackets.
• Installing cathodic protection systems
• Cutting steel members for access platforms
• Carbon fibre application (mixing of epoxy)
• Loading/shifting materials around the yard and work site.
