Rotary Anchor Driller | Ground Stabilisation , QLD

Our client delivers a range of ground engineering solutions including ground anchoring, slope stabilisation, shotcrete, architectural shotcrete and simulated rock, retention & foundation piling.

If you are an experienced Rotary Anchor Driller and you are looking to change industries and learn a valuable trade with a well-established Southeast Queensland-based company, then this could be the job for you!

What we need from you!

Please note we are not currently seeking any Diamond, RC or other mining drillers.

• Rotary, Anchor, Soil Mount or Mud Rotary Drilling experience - MUST
• Above ground drilling
• White card
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ground Engineering experience
• Any additional tickets would be advantageous - EWP >11 metres & Working at Heights

Suitable candidates that are Dogman Ticketed are highly desirable!

What you could be doing!

• Working with C6, MC 8, Hutte & Birdie drill rigs.
• Setting up temporary and permanent ground anchors
• Use of micro piles
• Working with soil nails and rock bolts
• Geothermal drilling
• Core drilling for exploration purposes
• Bracing
• Setting up rock wall mesh/steel fixing
• Shotcreting/Concrete spraying operations
• Off siding
• Lifting and carrying materials

• Above Award Casual rates.
• Overtime penalty rates, travel & Superannuation
• 10+ hours p/d - Monday to Friday
• Local Brisbane work.
• DIDO/FIFO opportunities - LAHA where applicable.
• 3-6+ months Casual, with views of fulltime.
• Opportunity for upskilling

They do have full-time, long-term positions for the right candidates. Living away from home and Brisbane based works available. Candidates must be available for both local and away works.

Please note, this is a causal role with fulltime hours. We are seeking candidates with full/unlimited working rights in Australia.
