This is further supported by our training and development division, Dickens Assessment & Training Services Pty Limited (DATS) and our association with Wirringulla Workforce Pty Limited, an indigenous owned recruitment business.
We understand the operational requirements of major projects, including diversity and participation objectives and the risks and pressure points for the construction program. With this in mind, we continue to foster strong affiliations and joint venture relationships across the industries we work with to deliver opportunities to meaningfully affect diversity and inclusion.
